Shipping policy

We offer shipping facility for both domestic and international orders. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order. Orders are shipped within 15-20 working days and you will receive the goods within 20 days from the date of purchase. In case of international shipping, the time may differ depending on the location. All goods are shipped out of Mumbai.

Domestic Shipping

We offer free shipping on all products when paid for online by debit or credit cards. Once shipped, it takes around 3-5 working days from dispatch for your goods to reach the destination.

Saturday, Sundays, state and national holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.

 

International Shipping

We ship to almost all major countries and cities in the United States, Europe, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore and the Middle East at a flat rate calculated by distance and weight for different zones. When you review your order in the checkout, you will see the total shipping amount for the items that you have selected.

We offer free shipping for all international orders above USD 500. These orders are not eligible for exchanges and returns.

Please note Chola does not take responsibility if the packet gets held at customs or at any other point in the destination country. Duty as mandated by your country of shipment will have to be borne by you.

International orders are usually delivered within 15 - 20 business days.

Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has been placed on our website we will not be able to modify or cancel the order for any reason. Please refer to our return and exchange policy below, and return your purchase once you have received your order, if you wish to return or exchange an item.
